Great location, overall all was well. The a/c was nor working well and staff did not seem very pressed to resolve the issue quickly. Also found staff a little distant and not very engaging. besides that, you have a very nice htel, rooms are good size and extremely well located. good luck!!

We liked your hotel very much and would stay there again. The only suggestion I would have is: please make the beds softer! They were extremely hard to sleep on. Other than that, we found the staff to be very helpful and the breakfast and location of your hotel outstanding. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Quisimos imprimir nuestras tarjetas de embarque para el regreso y nos pidieron 6 euros para 45 minutos de conexión a Internet. Eso y la ausencia de wi-fi son dos feos detalles para un buen hotel. Les animo a corregirlo.

le camere sono estremamente confortevoli ed accoglienti. Sono arrivato in auto da, ed avere un garage privato è stato fondamentale per me. La colazione ottima ed abbondante. La posizione centrale rende ancora più speciale il Borgognoni. Da consigliare assolutamente. Mario

Thank you for a lovely visit to Roma. We enjoyed your hotel's service and facilities very much. One suggestion. For those who take early morning tours, please make a modified breakfast (or just coffee and a roll) available. Our tour guide picked us up at 7 am, which I understand is a standard time for early tours, and we were not able to have cappucino or breakfast before leaving. It was difficult to begin our day touring the Vatican without an espresso. At the very least, place a hot pot and instant coffee in guest rooms. This service will make a difference when we book a hotel on our return to Roma, which I hope will be soon. Thank you very much.// Maria Mastronardi

I like the hotel for its cleanliness and tranquillity. Next to the hotel is an Italian supermarket which I find fascinating. Looking out of the window, you can see the old cobblestone pavements and quaint shops opening and closing...lovely view. I took many memorable walks down the hotel with a man I thought I would marry and have many good meals in the restaurants nearby. Rome and Hotel dei Borgognoni will always hold wonderful memories for me. I will come back to stay one day, albeit alone.

This was our first stay in Rome; we spent a week at the hotel...and would definitely return again! The staff is first-rate as is the hotel itself. The location can't be beat, the breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are welcoming, and the service is the best in the city. This is a Conde Nast recommended hotel...and I agree wholeheartedly with their recommendations. Thanks to the staff for creating such a memorable experience for us! Grazie!
